The thing is the advertising partner is really good in churning out creative ideas but he has a discipline problem that sees us being late or unprepared for pitches or meetings with clients..
On the other hand, the guy who manages the audio recording bit is disciplined, but knows nuts about business.
i'm confused and fustrated not because the partnership is not gonna take my work far, but instead i've to dwell so often into the business side of the work that leaves me so drained from actually designing..
what i'm saying is, should i market myself as a designer, or as an entity that has multi-displinary causes?
