ps7 os x pixel weirdness

    it's a zoomign problem
    if you make a seclection to zoom in on - you get a screwey zoom percentage - and the software has to figure out exactly where a a pixel is even though it's not represented correctly on the screen when you zoom in like that.

    Basically, if a pixel fall sinbetween 2 pixels represented on your screen, and you paint the left side it has to guess if you're painting the pixel on the right or left.
    it's like taking two grids and offsetting one so they don't match up
