  You can launch user specific versions of Firefox on Windows by changing the shortcut path to:
  "C:\Program Files\Firefox\firefox.exe" -p warheros

  Or something similar to that. At least using the -p switch will launch with the profile manager. Then each user can have their own icon with no need to manually swtich. You may need to put quotes around the name, I don't recall. Hope that helps.
