"here's what's left" is my fave rjd2 joint. deadringer is an amazing album for me. i love his mix cd"your face our your kneecaps", its totally inspiring for me, i want to make an album along the same lines except i would be composing my own pieces with instruments and sampling them...kind of like twisting your own sound..its basicaly the idea of composing what u wanna sample, here's my working cover:
rjd2's latest is nice too, but i had/have to get used to it (1977 is the ish) and apparently he played some of his own instruments on the album in addition to sampling stuff to blur the lines a bit, which i think is dope and progressive.
