As someone said, if you are not part of the creative team... Then why are you working on logos?
we have the same problem, I'm in house, and people will ask who the fuck ever they want to get something done.
I mean, you shouldn't be doing logos man! Our product developent teams is always trying to do them, and they suck!
Its not your fault, you did what was asked. But for real, unless you are experienced in graphic design, it should be the designers in the creative team.
and when they design a web page, it is to maintain consistency. A lot of things for web are first done in Illy or PS, and you don't need to rebuild them for web.
Like brooke said, if you all worked together you could take advantage of the various expertises around.
But as a designer, yeah, hands off!
