like ribit said you can use the crossfade in itunes, it's not perfect but if you set the crossfade time to 0 seconds that's the smoothest i've found.
alternatively you could import the whole cd as a single song, just open the first track on the cd, get info on it and in the options set the end time of the track to be the full length of the cd, which you should have displayed on the bottom of the itunes window.
