dude you're still young and unattached. if you hate the place you're at, why stay? in another ten years just picking up and moving around the country will be a MUCH harder and more involved decision than it is right now.
If you have skills, you'll find a job. I personally left NoVa/DC because i couldn't stand it there, but it might be for you. Plus, when you're removed from what's comfortable and easy, you'll learn more about yourself and what you really want than by being miserable and in a rut for the next five or so years.
