Bluejam is right. in your place i'd try at least 3 different solutions. and with "suspension" the mark would work well over the logo and not on the left.
you also duplicate the "S" on the mark. why not convey the sense of suspension graphically with no type? it's difficult but the effects are always better when you quit using initials. that's only my op.
also, mark and logo must each work on their own.
