i have the same problem as you brandelec on gaining weight.
take your body weight x2 and take in that much protein.
(chicken, lean beef, flank steak, tuna, protein supplements, egg whites)take your body weight x2.5 and take in that much carbs.
(brown rice, wheat pasta, wheat bread, potatos, spinach, broccli, any green veggie really, oatmeal)from whenever you wake up eat every 4 hours. 300-500 cal. weight train 45-60 minutes in the 6-10 rep range for 3-4 sets. hardly any cardio for you. can't gain weight and be lean at the same time. powerwalk for cardio.
eat fast food 2x a day one day a week. sunday for me. helps out more than you think and helps you keep sane with eating healthy. also, for a while i woke up at 2am and had a protein shake then went back to bed. i can give you more details if you'd like. shoot me an email. and we'll chat.
