no atkins, no southbeach, no only meat, no only carb. it's all about moderation, excercise and common sense when it comes to food.
the easiest thing one can do to start losing weight is to eat 6 - 8 small healthy meals a day to help with your metabolism and walk for 30 minutes 4 - 5 times a week.go from there. my gf and i are always more than happy to talk and give advice. we get stopped and asked about nutrition, health and training at least once a day. if any of you fellas or ladies wants to chat you have my email, and the ladies i can forward to michelle, my gf.
btw, the atkins and southbeach diets are terrible for you.
