i think the worst was when i lived in austin and interviewed in dallas. i applied online for a job and the salary was kinda low so i emailed the marketing director and asked if it was negotiable. he replied with a standardized email that read: the salary is not negotiable, if you are not interested please do not respond to the email.
so i didnt. then i get a call from the dude and he wants to schedule an interview. so i drive to dallas, and meet with the hr lady first. we chat and get into salary and ask if its negotiable and she gets real snotty with me and says im wasting her time. and i got pissed and explained that i didnt reply to her crappy email and the mkt director called me anyway. she said he shouldnt have. what a fucking joke. dumb fuckin company wasted my time and took 7 hrs out of my life driving up and down hwy35.
i hate interviewing.
