  Mine is a little different...I already got the job at this fancy restaurant in Las Vegas, I called the guy who hired me to see how things were going and the guy who answered the phone said that the other guy was out of town. Then he asked me why a few people who were also supposed to switch to this new restaurant had decided not to. So I proceeded to tell this guy that the other people were being wishy washy about it and the way I figured is that sometimes you had to 'Put your balls on the table and see what happened'.

  Turned out to be the owner, I have no clue why I thought he was just a helper.
