constructive criticism is the way to go, which is what i meant in my above post.
i dont think its a bad thing to "ruin their high"
if the dude is at all a friend, while its not the easiest thing to do, he/she deserves to know that he got taken for a 1000 clams.
if my electrician friend told me he knew the wiring in my house was shite right after my house burned down, i'd be a little choked. not the greatest analogy maybe, but the band relies on the site to portray an image... its one thing if you just dont like it, or think its somewhat poorly done... but if its shite, that reflects on the band, and they should know its shite.
