that's just the point. you hit the nail on the head in the whole m. moore debate: Zinn is an historian. Chomsky is a linguist. all the great thinkers aren't in the movie making business.
academics are paid to think. filmakers are capitalist whore-slaves, just like us. gotta move units.
but if Zinn teamed up with errol morris or someone like that it'd make for a hell of a film...
