It's not bad. But a few things to consider. The first thing that jumped out for me were the sun rays. It looks dangerously close to the Japanese battle flag of the 'Rising Sun'. Just something to think about since it is for an asian client. Maybe a simple color change will remedy this? I don't know how vested the client is in the color palette?
But other than that it's pretty clean.
