The text looks stuck on/afterthought. Plus at a smaller size it'll be unreadable.
An obvious solution is to develop the icon within the typpgraphy using the 'i' (of insight) as your starting point. Discard the boundry/box of the icon and let the light rays extrude at various lenghts and you might have something good going on.
