They're right, it is cryptic. It looks extremely nice on the front side but the text arrangement on the rear doesn't work for me.
You might want to line it up a bit more - I'm assuming the card is going to be handed to people who *specifically* aren't designers - they won't get clever type arrangements, and they'll become confused and angry.
Not arguing your design, just giving you my honest opinion.
