Break after the "n" and after the "s" and it will clean it up, and maintain a consistency. They are all pretty much the same, so it's your company, pick your favorite color, do a B&W, and keep a reversed out one like somebody arleady said. Try to contrast it with a blocky face below, and don't just plop it centered, maybe right justified. I would say just use "creative", so you can bump it up enough that the instil doesn't over power it, becuase the proportions are bad with the copy you have below it currently.
