very cool.
i would change the text. 3 words is good but instead of company (which is kind of stating the obvious) i would put another descriptive word. also, i'm not sure you have to choose between the version with the box and without, having a negative version might turn out to be useful.
also you might want to have a few colors for different types of works like web, print etc. if you wanna look big you might want to consider that.
the only thing i'm not sure about is another graphic symbol on the right or something... but i'm really not sure about that, the logo is pretty strong and distinctive.
