The RAM issue should be sorted. I'm not sure how many people upgrade through the Apple channel vs. 3rd party vendors, but it should still be an option. 256mb is paltry. Personally, I always save the few $ and do the upgrading myself.
Another issue with the upgrade is the vid cards. There's not much to be excited about. Apple could have added a few more bells and whistles to this update to make it at least somewhat attractive.
The liquid cooling on the top-line one that ships in July-August is an interesting development. They must be testing it to see how it'll work when they really need it.
