hey john...the patch only works for justifying it to your mind...my wife and i both quit on the same day...i stopped completely and she went on the patch...it seems she still craves to have a cig, while i myself dont...i realize every person is different...currently i feel great, although i dont know how yyou manage to run at all while smoking...but if you want to stop as i have tried many times b4 and failed...the one way i saw fit for myself was that i had to want it to really want to quit...i believe that is what you need to do for yourself...i really loved smoking...cigs and weed but more so i loved smoking cigs!!! it was part of my life i never went without one...i also stopped smoking weed...but drinking i am full ahead...and the best part is when i drink i dont feel the need to smoke...that to my surprise was a shock!!
overall i say smoke cigs!!! i am all for it! and for all you non-smokers andd i mean the ones that never tried it...i say goto hell!
well maybe not...but you should try a cig...after all everyone else is doing it!!!
