i started smoking cigs out of peer presure when i was 14...i smoked cigs for 16 years at like 2 packs everyday if not more...i just recently quit for the first time in my life...the main thing i love in life was smoking cigs, the feeling of the smoke sliding down my throat...i love the act of it...i lived for every action to be followed by a cig...andi mean everything...it was the first and laasst thing i did before i slept to everything else in life...when i first started it was never about getting high...aand til now it still isnt...there are many vices people have and many addictions...nicoteen is one of them...it may not be the same high you have from lets say DMT...but its just as bad...i dont miss it one bit...but i dont regret smoking all those years either...
