    hey dutchboy - chill out :)

    I do yoga and i'm telling ya it totally helps. Reall helps the mind and body.

    You what else is really relaxing is sitting listening to you favourite song.

    Or go for a walk to a favourite place. In Edinburgh Arthur's Seat is my favourite place to walk around and think to myself.
