personally, i can't stand .net.
use php or asp if you can.however, if you're building cookie-cutter web-apps like insurance calculators, or web services tools, it will get the job done quick. it's a lot of drag and drop and does a ton of coding behind the scenes, so if you're a coding purist, you may find this frustrating.
