    Web designers should know the basics of HTML & Flash. Thats all.
    No fucking PHP or SQL or Bullshit like that.
    Perhaps a tad of action script and an inkling of CSS but nothing drastic.

    A web designer is an artist who only needs to know his medium's limitations.

    Once in my old office on London there was a power cut. We all stopped work on our macs and started chatting and laughing. Our creative director walked in, threw a load of paper and crayons on a desk, and said "get back to work"
    I rest my case...
