    I wouldn't think 'web designer' necessarily requires coding ability...

    We're looking for people to help develop our site (when we can afford it), and we would be looking for a designer (for graphics/look-and-feel/interacti... structure). Maybe this is also 'information architect'... but certainly not just a 'print designer', even if they can't code.

    We would also be looking for a programmer for all the PHP/MySQL stuff. It would be nice to have all these skills in one person, but do they exist?
