The next two weeks will be important ones in the legislative and public debates surrounding attempts to amend the Constitution to require discrimination against same-sex couples. With Massachusetts set to begin issuing marriage licenses to same-sex couples on May 17, a burst of Religious Right activity and media attention on this issue is assured.
