take a few randomn days off in the space of a couple of weeks. Even try to take just mornings and afternoons...a classic sign someone is attending interviews or quite ill. If you can try to get interviews see if someone will make you a job offer yr interested in.....then polietly explain that the salary & worload isn't balanced and another agency has recognised the work you do and offered you a move.?
