I agree with rasko4. I work with a designer (I am copywriter) to lay out a catalogue, we both do overtime on it, while I get paid double time he doesn't get anything. Because I say to them, no double pay, Mu will not make the typey typey. If you don't ask for it, they take it fro granted. On the other hand, it shows you are a hard worker, so they should give you a raise! Good luck!
