why don't you stick the '*brand intelligence' copy under the 'CTS' logo and give it that pink/red colour? At the moment it seems to be just 'floating' around the place.
Is it wish to design into the letter head 'yours sincerely'...plus it stands out way too much for something that really isn't that significant compared to the logo or '*brand intelligence'.
