for someone that's not really an illustrator, it's damn good. The girl looks great. (looks a lot like another illustrator whose name escapes me)
I see issues with the guy. You need reference. It's hard to fake it or do it from memeory if you don't have a vivid image of it in your head. start looking thru mags or online or thru photos, whatever. Or take a pic. But you'll need visual ref to render that guy convincingly.
