ok, maybe i am missing something..
but i think this company should be punished themselves, 'cuz why wait so long?
sounds like that eoleas (or whatever the fuck it is spelled)... they started to claim that flash-object (or was it embed?) while it's always been theirs.
No fucker company's like these have to wait till it's completely integrated in our daily digital lives before they take action.
that is what pisses me off with these cases.
