Definitely gotta go with no. 1 as well, but play it up some more with lively color, phoenix isn't a brothel, or a sanctum of hell... (or maybe it is?) so red just isn't the most appropriate for the primary color choice (imo.)
Complaints on no.2 in case, you go with it.... Colors are too feminine even for this purpose (feels like your selling vagisille or something). Theres not enough contrast in the elemtns to draw a clear distinction of how each item functions - based on color, layout and font selection (yet again, imo.)
