    in all due respect, if i remember correctly, blast did a few 'spec' jobs for some notable up and comer companies back in the day. the practice helped propel them to where they are now.

    not that i wish to directly defend them but some people vying to work some brand name projects dont realize that unlike smaller agencies, seniority prevails; not everyone gets to be the creative lead.
