Go with Sony's MicroMV...
"MICROMV format is Sony's new line of really small digital camcorders. And when we say REALLY small, we mean it. A MICROMV digital camcorder typically measures about 4"H x 2"W x 3"D and uses tapes drastically smaller than MiniDV tapes. Each tape boasts a 64KB memory chip that touts 16 times the amount of storage than that of a premium MiniDV cassette! And the video quality recorded in MPEG-2 format is amazing."
