  All you need:

  Mac w/ OS X with OS 9 install.
  Partion with Yellow Dog Linux (or whichever flavor you prefer)
  Virtual PC running XP, 2000 + 98.

  Now you can test away on a multitude of platforms to your hearts content and still enjoy all the benefits of the Mac.
