I don't recall your previous design, but some suggestions and comments toward this from me would be first and for most - everything is anti-aliased and compressed beyond reason... making all your work seem dirty, bland and boring (imo). I want to say the sight looks slopped together, but that'd be too cliche' with your choice of background ;) There's room for improvement in organization and execution, but I think its functional.... if that counts for much
