There's no way you're already aquainted with your tasks, with the people you work with and how the environment is in general! I'd say give it at LEAST a month before you judge it.
And talk to them - they hired you because they wanted you to work with them. If they're professionals they will handle you with care and listen to you. Tell them what you like/dislike with your new job in a constructive way - it's in their interest as well to make it better.
If not, leave as quickly as possible. If that's how they treat their employees one can only imagine how they treat their clients...
