I'm not that big of a fan but one or two of their songs are okay. Hmm...I'd have to agree with those people who want people to move on and not keep talking about Kurt every year. I guess it's fine to do it every once in a while, especially since it's been 10 years. Although we won't really ever know if Nirvana would've kept on making great albums, since they only got to release three.
This topic is sort of like the one about Tupac and how he should just STOP coming back all the time. It's nice to have some stuff after every 10 years or something but to have lots of albums and movies released after the person dies is creepy.
As for music that still influences us people in high school. Hmm...I'm not sure. Definitely a lot of bands that existed from a while ago. There aren't really any fresh bands that are revolutionary or different. Unless you can count singers and songwriters that aren't well known.
