you could have made a bigger difference in your company if you would have hired a more qualified person like you said you didnt.
Talk about reverse descrimination. Damn dude I would fire you if i was your boss and found out you hired somebody over another person that was underqualified just because they were gay.
If you were a true supporter of equal rights you would have not given their sexual orientation a second thought and just picked who is qualified. I personally thing you took a step backwards by singling out somebodys difference rather than treating them as =
