brooke, i know exactly what you mean...when i first started at my job, i was the happiest, even tho i wasn't making nearly as much as i should have. now, about 1.5 yrs later i'm really thinking about it again...every day i ask why i come here...everytime i put up with something the bosses do that doesnt make sense i get more and more upset and just want to walk out. it was supposed to get better, i was supposed to have people under me, but alas, i am the only one here, still bearing the brunt that according to the bosses "will have to gete worse before it gets better" and "you are still young, it takes time" ...it's bullshit. i want out.
