you know, i know this will likely turn into another 'i hate media temple' thread, and i dont disagree with your disappointment in your service, but shit or shine my friend works over there and they work their collective asses off to try and keep their product as good as possible. whatever complaints you guys have fine, but they aren't sitting behind pcs drinking martinis and receiving foot rubs purposely to ignore or bone the general masses
