I think there's a misunderstanding about how reasonable operating systems use your CPU. If you're not doing anything else but looking at NT, then your system is *supposed* to use all the CPU when you load any page. This site has a fairly intricate layout and thus may tax your processors for longer than, say, Yahoo would. Basically, you want your operating system to give as much CPU as it can to different processes. A problem would be if a site was pegging your CPU and disallowing the cycles to go to other running applications.
