The minume retouching rate in NYC is $20/h. However some of my friends staright out of college (but with average PH skills) are getting as little as $15/h. I would say if your work is high quality you should be getting $20-25/h if your are out of college with mad PH skills. Oh yeah, and it isn't helping you much as it if you were living in NYC.
