you can't. if it's on the web you can always rip it. there are tools purely made for sucking down sites. the only thing that is too hard / quite impossible (fortunately) is to rip e.g. mysql databases. you can make it as complex as possible but still if it's manmade man can steal it. regarding images you can always make screenshots.
