Thats what the router is for... Just set it to give out addresses using DCHP starting from a number higher than your static IP's... so you'll have the static IPs taken care of, plus the DHCP server will assign IP's to any extra computers attached...
And set your firewall settings to redirect incoming requests for services such as http, ftp etc to the appropriate local IP...
It's usually quite clear in the browser control panel...
