OUCH, that is way too many COMPS unless you are billing extra ????
I would start putting a line in your contracts that anything above and beyond 3 comps or (x) amount of hours will have to be renagotiated or subject to an (x) amount hourly fee.
Your getting screwed and not really sure if you can do much at this point with this client since you have already started bending over backwords. They are assuming at this point that all of these changes are apart of your service and ultimatley apart of your fee.
