    What's the most expensive book you ever bought ?

    I'm considering a brand new $650 collection of visuals that would be very useful/inspiring and probably instantly pay for itself but I can't convince myself to bite the bullet!
    There's no single book equivalent in terms of how much of a goldmine this book is.

    That's the original publisher price (limited run + signed by some celebrity, none of which I care about), second-hand goes for close to 2k, ouch.
