    Has anyone noticed how similar the UI generated by different AI models is? They all seem to converge on a common look and feel...geometric Google fonts, gradients, giant outlined type at the bottom of the page.

    I began associating this type of design with Claude, but it could be that it's just what you get by averaging the world's web design output. If that's true it's an extraordinary degree of convergence...models even favor similar words if you ask them to name something.

    You have to wonder how much this is happening in other areas and is just more visible in design or writing. And if you think about it, this tendency just gets reinforced because people create content with AI, then the AI trains on the content you created with AI.

    • I think you can pull this look off with pure CSS, which (being text), might make for easier training data than something incorporating a lot of images.monNom
    • Yeah I see what you mean in terms of having a dark background with patterns and animations, but the fonts and overall style are also uncannily similar.yuekit
