  I randomly got pneumonia the other day and my blood pressure shot up to 160/100.

  It's gone down since... just under hypertension levels but still higher than I'd like.

  I've since changed my diet by eliminating sodium and cooking oils as much as possible and going for walks. Seems to be helping.
